I have been thinking about your 2 engine car since I read your post. One quick question---You didn't use 2 smartech engines did you? If that's the case that os 18tz-tx would still have you beat. I think the stock Smartech engine only has .85hp with a max of 28,000rpms. The 18tz-tx has 1.8hp with a max rpm of 34,000. So with 2 smartech engines you would have 1.7hp but it would still have the 28,000rpm limit. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I just hope you didn't go with the stock engines. The best way to do it would be to find an engine with around 1hp but good to around 40,000rpms. If you do the math the stock smartech can pull 30mph at max rpm. so if you divide rpms by mph it comes up to around 933rpms=1mph. So the OS would have you by at least 6mph with the stock gearing. Just a thought....

you gotta be more specific than 'the bit'. you mean the axle/hub? the nut for the axle? the 'hex' part? what exactly you mean? if your not sure what its called, post a pic pointing out what you are speaking of

Ran into a problem with the bigger bell. The 20t gear won't fit.... It has a 12mm center but the threads are different. Would it be easier to change the threads on the bell or inside the gear? The losi lst bell does work good with the R40 24t and rs4 19t gears though. I just want more...lol

Got the car broke in with the os 18tz-tx. Night and day difference all the way through. That os was pulling more speed in first gear then the stock engine was in second.
