i just ordered a venom temp guage so that'll greatly help me tune mine, do you know what temp your engine is meant to be at?

BUMP! I'd like to know also.. this might have to be asked in the main discussion, to get more views.

Can any of you guys help me out? I have a commando, and i need the following parts: front drive shaft, and the front bracing plate. I've checked ebay for a parts supplier and found one, but i dont see the part i am looking for, or they dont match. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

yeah i got an answer somewhere else and it is :

220-240 degrees F is what is common. This should be taken after the engine has fully warmed up, and after several high speed passes.

i just ordered a venom temp guage and i cant wait to get it as it will help me tune my engine!!!!!! could you help me with that btw?

thanks

Winner two.. I have expierence with a friends HPI RS4, but he recently moved away, and thought I would throw down $250 and hook this thing up..

Current parts ordered: steel braided fuel lines, K&N air filter, venom on-board temp. guage, venom magnetic slick's with honey comb design inside, aluminum rims (4), and my last piece is to find a nice pipe, which will come last.

No, the one with the purple .15 engine. I'm still looking for a nice pipe.. nothing interests me on eBay. And I'm not buying locally, just way too expensive.

Has anyone upgraded their pipe and LIKE it?

oh ok, cool. i wouldn't mind a tuned pipe either, but not right now. but i was wondering, would any pipe fit the car, or do you need a specific size?
