Hey Nut, that looks pretty cool. Have you flown it yet? I would imagine it would fly pizza boxish.

We havn't had much of a chance to try flying it yet. We're hoping on good weather this weekend to give it a try. Expect a video of it's flight shortly. It's performance on the video should answer your question...

That's really trick--I love it! What kind of power you got for it?

As far as real, surface type tanks go, Tower has them

Hello Guys,
I took the M1A1 Tank up for the first time two weeks ago, and S T my pants. CG was way too far back I froze like a Deer being hit by headlights. Thanks to one of my club member Eddie, he screamed out "CUT THE POWER AND HARIAT IN FOR A LANDING" The Tank came in for the BEST hariat landing I have seen I decided to take the Tank up again today but this time I moved the CG up 1"1/2 inche forward. OH! my, now shes flying real sweet . Did some rolls, split S, loops, touch and goes, and just for the fun of it. I screamed out to Henry. "Bet you a cup of coffee I could get this thing to hover". The bet was on. I powered up and slammed the stick back on the Transmiter. I could not believe my eyes straight up into a hover Just for the record I thought I was losing this bet, due to the fact I had no rudder . Henry and I ran back home to get the videos going. That's when disaster struck, the Mrs. wanted to go pumpkin picking . Oh, well we made the best of it and was wondering if we could get a Pumpkin to hover too.

Spiro

PS I have a 60 size engine for power

I just went to the www.flyingthingz.com website. Video is posted. The tank does fly. Watch closely you will see an inverted spin and a hover, and the tank don't even have a rudder. Nice job 3dnut
