That could be simply caused by an incorrect break in. One little accident during break in could ruin an engines potential until it gets a rebuild.

If you can't post without using cuss words, then do not post at all.

Yeah I have noticed how the mods are starting to crack down hard here in the monster section, glad to see the wars between two trucks has finally ended, or simmered down.

oatmealman it seems that the 2.5r is having way better luck than the t-maxx 2.5 the only resons sofar was that some plastic wasd in the tanks in the first run and that the o-ring is fualty

Hmm, if only traxxas had upgraded the tranny to solve a couple issues with a more powerful engine... it sells and still is a fairly good truck though.

I used to have a TMaxx and my wife still has her TMaxx - I think over all it has a good engine. I just wish they used better quality plastic.

I got rid of mine because everything kept breaking. As for my wifes - she spent loads hopping hers up to handle a serious abuse. They are a lot of fun and pleanty fast enough for off road use. When you tune the engine right, you can get wheelies almost everytime which I like a lot.

haha. no, i dont own a savage....almost a couple times but something made me hold back. actually i'm pretty hard to impress so take that how you will. to me the revo just looks gimmicky and like it has alot of little things to go wrong. time will tell how the warhead stacks up but on paper i personally would go with the duratrax.
