Here are a couple of pics of my recent 3.0 pro conversion to a 5.2 chassis. I installed a Hyper .21 8 port engine and moved the fuel tank, throttle servo, and reciever box fwd as much as possible. I also added front and rear swaybars and a torque start for the engine. The truck handled great before but, now it handles even better, this weekend will be the 3rd time I raced it like this. Most of the time I'm the only one with a TNX, hope you guys like it

Do they let you race that in the truggy class or do you have to race it in the monster truck class?

Only in the mt class when there are enough to race.

Were I race there are usually about 5-6 mt racers so we most of the time have not trouble with a small turn out.

Thanks Bria1, I think it works great its not real torquey and hits the high rpm's fast. There was guy I raced with and he was also running a TNX 5.2 with a .26. It seemed to be real light in the front and harder to control, plus I swore I got 3-4 mins of run time compared to him.

I'm currently running 60wt. oil up front and rear but, I have run 60fnt & 50rr, 70frt & 60rr. I guess the piston is a #2 all around they all have 2 holes, by the way if you have any info on different pistons let know. I haven't seen any options for these shocks, I know parts are hard to find.
