I have AFP installed on my computer
P 3000, 512 mb ram , Nvidea FX 5200 card with 128 mb ram
At 1024 X 768 the frame rates starts at 60 then goes to 10
I changed to 800 X 600 with NO change.
If I turn off some of the Scenery this is NO change

Thanks in advance for any help

Fred..

Try switching off programs and spywares running in the background. You could download ad-aware and/or spybot search & destroy for free.

Thanks for the help Mike.
I disabled most of my background programs with NO recults.
In the Desert Scenery It starts at 80 and right away it goes to 30 to 50 FPS
In the Irarus Scenery It starts at 60 and then goes to 0 and back up to 10
You would think with my system and a FX 5200 128 mb card it should do nicely.
The system is running 65 % free resources before I start AFP
Would I be looking for a Card problem or Computer problem

Thanks again
Fred..

PROBLEM SOLVED

I got a tip on another forum.

I ASSUMED buying a recent Program it would have the updates installed " NOT "
And again buying a NEW computer I assumed it came with the latest and greatest drivers " NOT "
I installed the latest FX 5200 driver from Nvidea
and the Aerofly Update It now runs fine.
I have every thing turned on in Aerofly and now I get 75 to 125 FPS
Not bad for a $50.00 Card

Fred..

Hi
My program was running real slow, it was fixed by clicking on resore to default settings. You do not lose any downloaded aircraft or anything.
