CHECK OUT MY SHRIKE 40 VIDEOS (with custom take off dolly)!!
I have a FOX 46 motor in there.
The first 2 videos show the take-off dolly I use for my Shrike:

dollys are great. I'm expected to take a new dolly with me every week! I've become something of a joke! Having built two for patriots, and one for a magnum.

Everyone should have a Shrike. More fun than the time the hogs ate my baby brother. I don't have a computer radio, so I set mine up with the recommended "low" rate control surface travel, and the 6" behind the LE CG location. Like everyone says, just have to be careful not to get too slow on landing, as it's easy to run out of elevator. Other than that, she'll fly as mild or as wild as you like.
