if i put zip ties on my cooling head to protect it, will they melt to it? i think theyre nylon.
and where else can i put them i bought like a 30 pack of them so i gotta get rid of some.

Where and why do people put zip ties on there head i've seen a few pics wid them on but never realised wot they were so why?

they use them to protect them from getting all scraped up like mine already is. i also put one on my gas cap.

make some body clip handles out of 2 zip ties, and a small section of fuel line. they save ur fingers!

when you run your truck without a boy and you flip doesnt scratch the cooling hea, on the fuel tank you dont need to take the body of t refuel, on the body clips i use them so i wont loose the clips

whoever had thought of that first is a genius... I even think they look cool.

On the cooling head they need to be replaced from time to time... they tend to harden and break due to the engine heat.

I did manage to melt two zip ties i had around my exhaust header
I was using them to hold a bit of fuel tubing in between the header & tvp.

use them to fasten your air filter snuggly, and fuel lines too. you can also use them to neaten up your radio gear(wires etc...)
