Revver brothers of the world, we (FBD and I ) are wondering how many of you would be interested in an official " Revver Brothers" t-shirt, or perhaps sweatshirt? If there is an interest, caps, mugs, clocks, and plaques are also possable!
What do ya'll say???
If there are enough of you interested then we'll continue with this idea and design a logo. Maybe even a logo design contest? I'm just throwing out ideas here, so let's hear some feedback...

Thanks, Tom.....proptop. (1)

Good show, Tom !!!

Lets see if we can drum up some interest. I'm down for a shirt or something.
A windbreaker would be nice too....lookin' real sharp at the field.

PS:....I'll keep score here....(16) Interested Revvers.

I'll be interested, if the postage to the UK won't kill the cost.

Flashman....don't worry. If this thing comes to pass, I will get your product
to the UK for you..

We were thinking of a logo with some planes, pointing "out" of a circle....
the writing in the circle....an F-20, and a Delta (Whiplash maybe)....
....mabe a third, a Mustang.

You know....a T-shirt doesn't last very long....a few washings, and they're shot.
That's why I mentioned a wind-breaker....they last for many years. A printed
T-shirt....especially a good quality polo shirt, will run about $15. (guess)
At about 50 windbreakers.....maybe $20-25 (another guess).

Maybe in the center, we could have the recognizable RCU Globe....

Let's get some ideas as we go along.

It'd depend on what was on the shirt. I'm with Vicman, an F-20 or Jet would be cool. A delta type plane wouldn't fly with me (pun intended).

Whenever your ready, let me know and I could check with the company that prints my work T's. Keep in mind, the more colors you have, the higher the cost. I'm guessing an order of at least 2 doz. or more would be needed to keep the costs within reason. The more the quantity, the better the price.

One more thing....if you use, say black and also have gray, this (I believe) is considered one color (the gray being "lightened" black). I'd have to check on that one.

If the RCU logo was added (maybe on the sleeve), we could ask Mark for "advertising costs".

Sending something as trivial as a T-shirt across the pond should cost more than a few bucks... It cost me 2.50$ to have a Cline regulator sent over in a padded envelope, and you don't have to pad a T-shirt...

So put me down for one too.

A design "contest" should make for some interesting designs. Just don't make it a speed contest...lol. Rudeboy....(7)

This is a full color process guys, so it can replicate anything you can dream up. The results will look just like a photograph, and we can even use a photo-shop made up logo, or actual photo "montage" or "collage" (or whatever they call it). My buddy does this for a living and says he'll give me a volume discount. A t-shirt will be about 10-12 bucks, and about 25 for a sweatshirt. We can do caps, plates, plaques, mugs, etc. with the end result looking exactly like a printed out photograph!
Dave, if you want a windbreaker I'll check out what types he has there and let ya know...

AMA? What be AMA?

If we come up with some sort of "logo", I think a phrase/slogan would be mandatory.....

I dont think I am revver but sure would like a sweatshirt and T. I love going fast and what better way to show it by wearing it.

I like the idea of having the planes in a circle. All of us like going fast but we all fly different things. This way it would include a little bit of all types of planes we talk about in here.
