Just put the springs on. I haven't messed with the shock oil yet. On the test run with the black springs it lasted about 15 seconds and I broke a shock shaft. I haven't run it yet since repairs. And by the way. That's not tire glue. There's an 1/8th scale dog running around in the neighborhood. Damn dogs! They need to stick to fire hydrants.

Finally got to run it with the black springs. Still running the stock 30wt oil. I can tell they are stiffer on rough ground. The silver springs are deffinately better for flying over the rough. I think the black springs make a difference on jumping. I bash alot and usually looking for good jumps. The silver springs just seemed to soft for jumps and the chassis would bottom out. The black ones keep me from bottoming out.
