Took this shot yesterday of an American Eagle Bearcat that I built for a local guy. Tried to get it as it just lifted off. Plane is 86 in. w/Q75. Had about 65 degrees and NO wind Sunday, had 6 giant scale warbirds out.

many people think a pusher jet is a waste of time . i built this g&p sales f-18 with a rossi .60 and a apc 11x7 pusher. with the tuned pipe i could get 135 mhp "about" . with a standard tatone muffler i was clocked at 120 mph. you won't find a nicer flying pusher jet anywhere! even nick ziroli thought it looked great in the air

Thanks Evan, it looks better in the air. Made 2 maiden flights today, the 62 is plenty. Its off the ground in 15ft. and flies scale at half throttle. Yes it will be in Edinburg.

Lenny, Very nice Me-109...what's she weigh? I have a Meister on the bench with a Quadra 75 waiting to go in her, just haven't had time to get to it. So she flies real good on the G-62...maybe the Q75 will be too much??? I also have a PCM 109 on the way...Hmmm...when will I ever get time to build everything!
Happy flying,
Rob

Its 27# with a 102in custom cut foam wing. The 62 is plenty at that weight. A Q75 would be great, but it really doesnt need it.

Next time you take the pictures and I'll fly. Of course it'll be my AT-6 and not the 109, so the pressure's on you, Lenny.
Actually, Lenny did let me fly the Messerschmitt for a while and it is one very nice flying airplane. We got it up high and flew it to a stall, which was straight ahead. I was able to hold full up elevator and keep the plane from dropping off on a wingtip by use of the rudder. With full up elevator the airplane would stall, fall off on it's nose, gain air speed, stall.... etc. etc.
I'll be thrilled to death is my AT=6 flys nearly as well.
Lenny's got a winner!

Here's the new one. At this point, I'm applying detailing and will be about ready to clearcoat in a couple of days. I'll post some pictures when I'm done.
Here is a picture of the finished product at our field ready for the maiden flight, which went very well.
