Simply print out the picture you want and stick it to the outside of the shell with some masking tape. Then from the inside trace around the lines with a paint brush using the paint you like ( i use pactra laquer in pots) then fill each colur as you like. Some of the colours are done again with the brush and some can be done with an airbrush if you mask off neatly.

spider man was done entirely with the brush. (do not thin the paint, infact i put a small amount of the paint on to a glass plate (pallette) and let is start to dry slightly, this way the paint is thicker and does not streak as much. most colours need a couple of coats to loose the streakyness.

Shellshocked,
That spiderman is just fantastic, being a Marvel comics fan growing up I enjoyed the X-Men and Spiderman along with many others. The detail on that is just amazing, keep up the great works!

The forums is not where we sell or trade our tiems. That is what RCU Market place is for.

Looks good - and love the lights. Are they decals or painted?

OK back to it after the christmas break.
Heres the latest
Its inspired from team Xray driver Jimmy Maddison's scheme.
As usual no decals, everything is painted apart from the logo.
Ive got another 2 of these to do in purple and blue.

I had to bend the rules on this one and paint the white specs first.
