Already cut, made hinge slots and covered rudder and stabilizer, no photos yet (`till I figure a trim scheme), also made aileron torque housing, those little details take time (since is the first time I make this).

aileron torque rods installed

Now some questions:
1.-Can I install the aileron servo on one side of the center ribs as not to weaken the middle joint? (this is not cutting a square space in the middle ribs but in either side of the middle?).

2.- Wich servo will do I have both futabas 3004 and hitec hs 88 I`ll use a .15 os max .15 fp. ( I know I havent weighed this thing yet).

If yo need to you can put it to one side, but you might get assymentrical movement between the two ailerons.

I'm not familiar with the HS88, do you mean HS81 or HS85 maybe? Either way, if it is smaller than the S3004, then use it.

Youre right they are HS 81, being smaller they`ll require a smaller cut out.
Thank you Bipe

I already made cuts for the HS 81, it´s shallower only I´ll add 1/4 of an inch hardwood to screw the servo and leave more rib area glued together.

fuel proofed the fuselage, made aileron hinges and slits.

It's coming along nicely. At this rate you'll be flying before Dave.

Where is Dave anyways, anyone heard from him lately?

I don't think the windows are bad at all- if it were me, I'd add another triangle to the front window, starting from the existing front corner of the side window, and extending down, so that the rear side is as wide as the square window next to it.. Make sense?

It looks great by the way- I wish I could cover that well!
