Where can I find the serial/production number? The closest I can find is on the outside of the shipping box and it would be #8604??

It's right on the receiver box, I can see it on one of your picts already but the pict is not close enough for me to make out the number. When you check the number please report what serial number you have. I'm curious as to how high the numbers are now.

I took a "15" from work yesterday and picked one up. #5751 w/ a 27 Radio. Just started to break it in today. Two tanks so far.

Have you raced or run these on a track yet. Do you know how they handle in relationship to the 40 series. I wanted to buy a pair of these since they are the closes to the LST tires but wanted an opion before laying down the money.

Hey 2DMax,

Could you take a picture of the stock LST wheel/tire sitting next to the XTM wheel/tire for comparison sake? And maybe one of them next to each other from the top down?

boogerdan: This is a very good question. I will race it for the first time next weekend and will let you know.....

Just from what I have seen with the first 20 tanks or so, it would be hard to control with anything less. These tires put a lot more surface area to the ground and with the size and weight of the truck I think they will be fine. I will bring a set of standard Tmaxx tires (ProLine Bow Ties on Beadlocks. not 40 series) to test but I just don't think they will hook up....
