JMF51 -> Yellow P-47 Info (8/15/2002 4:04:13 AM)

I have recently finished building this plane and when I bought it used the guy did not have tha instructions for it. What I need to find out is the CG and flight control deflections? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to flying this model. Thanks Mike

Alleymutt -> Jug info (8/15/2002 7:55:19 AM)

The balance point is 5-1/4 back from the leading edge at the center(from the root) Set the cg with the gear up. My 1800 mHa battery pack is on the firewall on the inside with a G-45 for power. All up weight is 22 lbs. I am using a solid aluminum spin
ner that weighs 6 ozs. I have 5 servos in the fuse on the cg.

Travel throws are:

Ailerons: 3/8 up & 3/8 down

Elevator: 5/8 up & 5/8 down

Rudder: 2" inches both ways but good luck.

Flaps: 45 degrees, and you will use this on no wind days.

Send me your e-mail and I will send you a picture of my "British Jug" I hope this helps. captainkirkbh@msn.com
