Bottom line, if I purchase the Game Commander version am I out of luck in attempting to use my 9C through it?

You cannot use your own radio if you purchase the Commander unless you buy a Sim Blaster or FMS PIC cable. You must have either the Interface or the Commander connected to use AeroFly Pro Deluxe. If you have the Interface version then you can use your own radio with the Futaba 9C cable for $11.95.

Hey Dion, i know this is off topic, but where is the OMP ultimate going to be ready?

The Ultimate 10-300 is almost done. Should be next week sometime. We won't release it until it flies just about perfect. However we have had some of the test pilots say it's their favorite plane for AFP, even better then the 79" Yak.

what they don't have in stock??

It's no secret that they are not in stock. You cannot purchase them, from us at least, without knowing that. We will be more then happy to refund any order. The only thing that will do is delay your order as the demand is much higher then the initial supply. As per Ikarus, we will be able to fill any order that you have made so far. Ikarus is getting bi-daily air freighted shipments from Germany real soon. They will be suppling AeroFlyPro.com with most of the orders as we are the largest distributor of AFP in the Americas.

Hey Deon, not to go off track but i am refering to one of your last comments. I have my eye on one of those ultimates as well, is the pre-order list long? or will you have a good supply of them when they become available? Is this an arf or a kit only? Thanks, Dave

Dave the Ultimate will most probably only be available early next year. But by early I think it will be very early. OMP doesn't have a pre order list running yet but I'm sure something is bound ot happen this month still. Maybe who knows! The first run will be kits. ARFs will probably show next year as well.

Sounds cool, I will await the arf as i am curently assemblying a H-9 33% Cap232 and after christmas a 2.6 Composite arf Extra so i will not have time( or $ ) for a kit. Thanks. Now to get back on track....
I think i'll just fly the ultimate on the SIM untill it releases in ARF form, (hint hint) C'mon Deon 4 more days man!!!!!

I just purchased Deluxe an hour ago. Do you have access to information regarding how many are expected in this shipment and if this number exceeds the number of pre-orders made at this time?

Thanks

Mike

The first shipment is due to arrive on the 10th. We will be receiving shipments every other day or so.

If you ordered today it will probably ship to you on the 17th or 20th. We've been told that we will still be able to make deliveries in time for X-mas if you ordered from since it was posted until today.

Due to certain reasons we did not expect this sort of demand.

I'm not sure what you mean by "certain reasons" Is it because G-3 is supposed to SUCK?

We've been getting a lot of calls from unhappy customers of other products who now want AFP or AFP Deluxe.

Again, we didn't expect this kind of sell through.

The most asked question is will the G2 controller work for AFP and AFP Deluxe. YES IT WILL!

If you have been trying to call, I'm sorry, the phones won't stop. Please order online, don't worry it's secure! If you have a question just post it here. I check these forums from 6am till 11pm CST.

LOL...I caught another friend last night. Showed him the video of Maarten that is on the aeroflypro page at OMP now. First showed him a whole bunch of other vids and then neglected to tell him we were watching the sim vid. Just skip the intro text quickly and sit back with a grin. Pitty that tailtouch that came in a little hard sorta gave it away and got him asking questions. Of course only right at the end he got it out of me. I know for a fact I can't wait anymore!

Hi, In regards to AFP, the Deluxe version, out club has six copies on order and we were told they would ship on the 10th. Also, if you notice in the ads for the SIM, the pictures of Sparling field (the field with the orange fence) are actual pictures of our flying field. A member of our club took the 360 pictures and sent them to AFP and they used our field in the SIM. Quite an honor we thought. When you get the SIM, try to fly under the shelter. It can be done!

Yikes!!!!

Shipping now pushed to December 17th...

What happened to the December 10th ship date???

Is this for orders placed now or for all orders???

What's the official OMP position on this???
