Okay, so it's not a $400 electric, total cost was $68.00 shipped to my door! I saw it of all places on QVC and had to have one. It comes with a 9 volt powered transmitter which has an internal charger for the li-po flight pack. It takes approx. 25 minutes per charge and then off you go. The heli is a twin rotor set-up almost like the Hirobo "Llama". It will take off, hover, move right to left and forward and backwards. It has a subtrim to help in stabilizing the rotational aspect. The craft will fly for 4-5 minutes per charge.

It is a little flimsy as far as the rotor head is concerned but the instructions caution you about hitting other objects that might cause damage. Let's face it an Ikarus Piccolo is not impervious to damage if it meets furniture, walls, pets, etc. I am going to order another just as a spare! For those that have never tried heli flight, this is the ticket! Just thought you guys might like to know about this!

Happy Flying!

KB Toys

I saw a demo video somewhere online and this little thing looks stable as can be.

My Son is getting one from Santa to replace the nearly unflyable Megatech Helichopper he got for his Birthday!

Haha got mine. My 7 year old can use it. It is actually easier for him. It is a little harder for me because the rudder is on the right stick with the elevator. There is no rolling left or right with this thing. You have to use rudder then move foward or backward. It is very stable but very delicate also. Fun little toy. It has a lipo battery and the charger is in the transmitter. well worth $70.

Battery runtime is 3-4 minutes tops. That is the only downside. I broke a blade and fixed it with scotch tape though

FYI...

I got a Bladerunner yesterday from BJ's Wholesale Club for $49! It's a fun toy but now I want a "real" rc heli.

yea i got mine for 99.99 lmao i got ripped off. but its a pretty neat little heli, its very stable. But for any1 ordering it remember that its a toy... and only a toy. it moves at very slow speeds. But its well worth the money
