I had an '86 Civic WagoVan 4wd. it had a 6 speed-i shizz you not.

pushbutton 4wd, and when you were in 4wd, you could use the granny-low gear. mega mega fun for blowing peoples minds by doing donuts the PROPER way in a CIVIC of all cars

that car was more nutless than a Pro .15 T-maxx but still fun

Honda has made some interesting stuff over the years. I have a friend that has late 70's 2 door hatch. The thing only has 3 speeds, 65 hp maybe, but is a blast to drive cause it is so dang light. In the snow it's real fun, its like skipping a rock across a lake.

Well when I herd this I was so happy. This is the last year the H1 will be produced. yay
I know Land Rovers ,Broncos, and others are not good on the gas either but I just really hate GM because they make so many retarted SUV's that are sucking all the gas.
Thats I think they should use Diesel's because they can run on veggie oil or biodiesel.

What? I think allot of Gm's SUVs and trucks are the best in the world market besides the F-150 witch is the best selling truck world over. They already have flex fuel. give them time. And the H1 is piratically a land mark in the USA due to it's Military service. IDK why you would cheer for a American staple to end production.

Hey goon, the Turbodiesel GM 6.5 liter that's in the H1 will run on cat urine if you want it to. WAH WAH WAH, environment this, WAH WAH WAH, sucking all the gas that. shut up already...gas hogs are the only reason that we have gas as cheap as we do now. if it weren't for them, demand would go down, and price would go up. GEEZ.

and GM doesn't manufacture the H1. They own AM General, who does, yes, BUT the H1 isn't just a "dumb SUV". It was also not designed by GM either. Blame AMC and the Jeep engineers of the late 70s if you don't like the H1. it's a $100,000+ performance machine, just like a Ferrari or Lambo.

I don't hear you retards crying because Lambos, Ferraris, tractor trailers, and farm tractors get crappy gas mileage, so shut your stupid piehole about SUVs. WAAAAAAAH SUVs are destroying the environment

retard.

Tzero,
Aren't you the kid that emailed me?
You are happy that the H1 is dieing, and your reason because it has poor mpg?
Did you not recommend to me a Powerstoke Excursion over a suburban. My gas 4x4 burb gets 18mpg,
while any ford diesel may get 14mpg on a good day! Plus it take 12 quarts of oil if I'm not mistaken.
I'll be happy when that over-sized shopping cart dies!!!
Oh wait, it already did.
Not only that, the 2006 H1 is fitted with th 6.6 Duramax/Allison Tranny, which gets 18-22mpg in all the HD GM Trucks.
The only time a Ford gets that kind of mpg is when it is being towed by a GM!!
On a side note the H2 is GM's platform for Hydrogen cell technology that is in development right now.
You got the E85's out right now, and the burb coming out in 07 that cuts to 4 cylinders when no need for 8.
But again who buys a truck for fuel economy. You buy to get the job done!!

If you were not the kid that emailed me, then you are not as contradictory as I thought, but still make little sense.

This demonstrates the sheer ignorance of some people. Hummers ARE the reason that gas prices are going up! Global supplies of crude oil are beginning to dwindle and can barely keep up with soaring demand. A vehicle that gets 7mpg is a dumb choice indeed in a world of spiralling oil prices.

Tzero has a point with diesels, with no modification, they will run on a 50/50 mix of diesel/cooking oil (make sure its filtered). Call in at your local McD's sometime, they might even give u some for free

Global oil production is at or near it's peak and will enter a decline very soon.

Production is down in over 80% of oil producing countries. Oil production in USA peaked in 1971 and has practically fallen to a trickle. Production in Cantarell field mexico is falling by 14% per yr. North Sea is in 10% decline. Saudi Arabia, production is flat, Kuwait, production is down 8%, Iraq oil production is flat, production in Russia is aslo peaking..to name a few

Yes you right about China and India too, their surging demand for oil will only put more strain on supplies.
