Its your job to make sure everything is tight and adjusted properly before you run it.

I picked up my Pede VXL today and a couple of odd things happened considering it's brand new: one of the wheels fell off but we managed to find the nut and the wheel adapter, and the pinion came out of mesh with the spur so I realigned that but ****? These things shouldn't be happening to a new truck shoudl they?

Yes it does happen. If you hate the wheel falling off thing, put a small drop of loctite or some kind of thread locker on the axle threaded part and put the nut on. Make sure that it is removable loctite. And for the mesh thing yep just tighten it back down. I have never personally lost any wheel nuts, even though i take my tires off all the time they still havent gotten screwed up yet after 1 year. But i always keep some extras on hand.

you need to go over the truck and make sure everything is tight and tuned in right. no brand new RTR truck can be taken out of the box and run without something coming loose...

ok so I was able to get it out today. it did absolutely amazing on the road course. the tires sucked like no other. but they are wearing down and need replacing anyways. it was balistically fast though. i outran basically everybody other then a 3 speed savage with an axail.32(that guy could drive!!!) and 3 guys with TC. one running 3s vxl and the others running nitro 4tecs. the pictures show what the truck looks like with my reciever tucked away under the ESC. it didnt seem to glitch at all. once but it wasnt bad. i didnt go very far out though. only 50 feet at the most... im truely suprised at how well it handled the street being widenede and the front wheels sticking a little further out front. as soon as my revo is done i am deffinetly going to extend my pede and make it the ultimate weekend warrior. no action pics but i have some. they arent very bright because my camera doesnt have flash but here they are. sorry in advance for the poor pics

oh and my specs are 40wt all around(need to change it in the front...) and the road hawg tires(they suck after a month or so of hard driving. dont get them) it sits 8mm in the front and 13 in the back. as long as the tires wernt balloon it would track straight on the rears all the way down the back stretch. i think im going to order those foams

foams would be sick on a pede. I have never seen them on a pede before.
