yeah, all thats cool, but your only gaining 1 less turn of an esc. If I were you I would save up for a super-rooster or somthing that has like a 10-12t motor limmit.

i just recently got a savage 25 and i went to the hobby shop today to get a glow starter fuel bottel and fuel and we where about to leave and i asked the guy if they had masher 2000 ties and he said yes and my dad said r those the ones u need and i didnt think he was gunna get me them and he asked me if i need anything else so i got the team orion 19turn triple, a associated suped reverse digitel esc ,duratrax indy car reciever and a 6 pack of the gears that go on the motor shaft ( i cant remember what there called). and the stampede used to be a rustler so i had 2 bodies that i cleaned up and put new stickers on and it looks nice. it took me all day to put every thing on and bc it used to be a rustler i had to get a hole different servo saver and turn buckle things and get them just rite.

Awesome! Let us know what you think of the truck when you put that 19t in!

It should probably rip compared to the out of the box motor.

i put the 19t in and i tried it in my basement on the carpet floor and if u go a tiny bit in reverse and then foward it pulls wheelies and flips over. also when i go like half speed on carpet and tunr hard it rolled over 2 times.i got a pack o 12 through 80 tooth or something pinion gears and when i put the 12 in it still dont pull weelies froom standing still. do u think its bc it was on carpet and if i try it out on the street when the snow melts it will grip better. and if i put the bigg pinion gear in can it go faster that my stock duratrax delphi indy car.

Is there anything I can do to the gearing out of the box that will make it better, or does it pretty much come out of the box tuned correctly?

If you're running the stock tires, you'll need to glue them to the rims (with CA glue) for enough grip to pull wheelies easily.
