Get ur facts right before you start flaming!! Opps. My bad. Did I post somthing non factual? quote:
oh yeah if i do not seal it up again what are the consequences, i am not considering not doing it but i just am wondering what happens if i do not do it so i know so i can inform my buddies quote:
I was answering this question!!! Yes you were. quote:
If I want to help people that is up to me not you so get a grip and pull your pants up!! The whole forum is for info & help. Although I'm sure you are more than willing to reply to any post. Go give em some good advice, you seem to have an informative comment for any post - Also what do my pants have to do with anything? Now, now children ~ quote:
Application: Just cake it on. Make sure that it does not get on the internal mechanisms. quote:
Dont just cake it on m8, take your time and do the job right. Use Permanent Clear Silcone Sealer, it will dry in 24hrs and go rock hard. You will then be able to peel away the excess and have no mess at all, hence not to just "cake it on" If you use Clear you will be able to do everything on the engine and carb and it will look very neat!! BTW you don't want the RTV to turn ROCK HARD. It needs to be able to expand and retract with the metal temp changing. quote:
I cant be botherd to argue with you Dowa423 as I am an adult and I try to act like one!!! Then why did you reply? I was not arguing. quote:
PS.. Exactly what is the "Blue Stuff" Thats really answerd his question!! See the link that I posted to different types of RTV Ha ha ahh... It's all good MrBillUp ~ I was not flaming at you, was I? I was not trying to curse, flame, degrade, insult or embarrass you. All I said was: "MrBillUp, don't for get to answer his question. I know that you are just aching to reply to anything but he wants to know what RTV is. What would RCU do w/o you?" I just get annoyed at your massive amounts of posts and over done comments, including your lingo (M8) and RED font color. In fact, every time I see your name in the posts I make sure that I read your post and almost every time I am annoyed. Its all good though. No hard feelings right? No need to offend, Eh? You know when people use red for their font in the buisness place it ususally means they are mad or aggressive, with the need to get a point across, etc. Granted this is not a professional workplace for some of us, but why do you use RED?
