As you've put it like that I wont stay awake at night worrying now!!!

You'd make a lovely Tornado and there are precious few!!!

If you had to estimate it, how long do you think from now before your ready? How many good friends do you have!!!!!?

Hi I had the same problem...then one day it came to me!!!. Do a search for a german to english translater....aha!!!! Ok now you sellect all and the writing will be selected, then right click on the hilited text....and copy. Ten copy it to the notebook if you want to keep it in German...or /then past it to the translater and copy that ...should be in english...wow!!!
Also need a small favor..can you send me the correct website adress to Harolds su27 building site??.
Thanks,
Manny

Awesome project...incredible dedication and effort.

For Manny and anyone else wanting to see the translation of this (or any other foreign language site), try Altavista Babelfish , just type in the URL, select the language, and go. You can also translate just blocks of text.

Harald,

Your work is immaculate and inspirational. Thanks for continuing to share it with us all. (I've added a "Spectacular Projects" page to my web site, for projects such as yours. at http://www.nextcraft.com/great_projects.html )

I now have collected and saved all 631 photos from your article... Fantastic. And... It's been "looking like a plane" for quite a while now. You're too humble.

Do more!

AsiaSRC -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (8/18/2004 5:11 AM)

Yell lo, you can burn-your collection (630+++ pictures) in CDROM and keep it for Life! [:)]

Master Harald, how about a online distance-learning university for us? where we can earn a degree from you [:D]

Slow & Steady

Hi Harold King of the 27:) I have a question what might seem dumb, does the Su 27 35 have ailerons? or is it a Flaperion? Thanks Good Luck Paul

harald huf -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (8/27/2004 8:12 PM)

hi paul,
the su27/35/37 has flaperons. during start and landing flaps only.

AsiaSRC -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (8/31/2004 11:03 AM)

Hi, Master Harald

We noticed that your site's is under construction, suddenly.

Any major changes that we can look forward to? [8|]

Luckily, we have downloaded all the pictures so far! [:D]

Best Regards

Albert /AsiaScale RC

harald huf -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (8/31/2004 11:19 AM)

hi albert,
the problem was, that i have got too much download traffic per month.
the traffic volume was over 18 GB per month and allowed is max 15!
so i had to make the page much smaller suddenly to abate the downloads.
when i get time, i will try to make a german/english version with all the info's but compressed.
maybe there is also a way to stop the possibility for downloads after 15GB?? I have to ask the server-support-team.
best regards
harald

Terry Holston -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (8/31/2004 9:45 PM)

I like the German / English translation idea, A LOT![8D][:D]

[sm=idea.gif]How about just putting a link to "Babblefish" on your site? Problem solved

AsiaSRC -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (9/1/2004 5:15 AM)

Hi, Harald

In your last update, we can see that your "Air Force ONE" is close for paints work!

Keen to find out which COLOR scheme of SU-27 that you are going to put on! [8|]

Have you decided? or you will open to RCU members opinion!

Best Regards

Albert /AsiaScale RC

K Jorgensen -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (9/1/2004 6:37 AM)

Hi

Dose anyone have all the pictures form Harald´s site So I can download. Ore will they be on your site again Harald.

Harald I will also like to see a list on your site, with the name of manufactures, of the products that you are using. please...

Just keep up the good work. And when you layup the next one. Can I help. [:D]

rough_wood -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (9/3/2004 1:56 AM)

Harald....

You could publish what you have on your site, and if you did aero study in it, even minor and basic, it could quickly be an RC fabrication BIBLE! Look into it, if you would like any help just ask, I am not a writer, but I know some aero and ALOT of CAD, and some CFD etc. Please look into it.

Also I have made a simple imperfect translation of your site using babblefish and saved an english version of your project as a microsoft word document. It is 55 MB, and if I have your permission, as well as a place to store it (I can only store 25MB) then those of us not fluent in duetsch, and not only that, but mechanical duetsch, can understand your great descriptions. I will not put it online untill I have your permission, and a place that can make it available. I also made a PDF which is 67MB.

I would like to say, your project has given me the confidence to try to start my own once I have the money. I am a CAD designer, and have never really gotten into fabrication, but with your project I can see it is something I can do, though not to the calibre of yours I must say. Email me if you would like some CAD favors done, sometimes I have freetime, and sometimes in my freetime I do CAD hobby projects at home. Hear from you soon.

Cheers

Keith Young

Hi Guys [;)]!

Well i have meet Harald on the this Year´s Jetpower 2004 [:)]where he was presenting his SU-27 to the Spectators. There where allways a bunch on people around him with a wide open mouth [X(] ! This airplane is really a peace of Art !!

I have seen many Full Composite Aircraft made from very well known Companys - but they are all just not as perfect as this one [sm=thumbup.gif] - all the different Moldings fit together perfect without any gap or disorientation.

But by talking to him you really heard that he is in Love with this plane, he is working on it allmost every spare Minute he has - You could also see that on the rings below his eyes ! ;-))

I am also looking forward to see the next Updates on this one - i think i´m in Love too [:D]

Sincerely

Alpenglider

One can only learn from him, no advices is getting it better..
Truely a piece of art.

harald huf -> RE: big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany (9/29/2004 7:06 PM)

hi alpenglider,
thanks for your coments about my su27 at the jetpower event!
and about your "study" of the rings under my eyes - your'e not well informed!!
the reason was not the long days in my hobby-store... it was just the long long party nights at the jetpower-event!!
i'm just coming back from the nitro-days in punitz/austria and you can not imagine how my old eyes do look now...hahahahaha, it was also a great event there. ( i tested my f5 tiger)

hi gudmund,
i started to bring my site back online. i started it with a changed design and made the first new pages. check out the index page. some parts are in german and english already. the next pages will come step by step and when it's completely back online every texts will be bilingual.

best regards

harald huf

and now i will have to rest and put some pieces of cucumber on my eyes....
