Well, I'll try it again, I guess I don't type fast enough, and the #$%^$$% thing kicked me out again. Sorry Ziggy, If you don't mind another opinion: If you rotated the throttle body trying to eliminate the pinched hose, you'll have to put it back, and re-route the hose. This changes the idle-transition, at least it does on my old 120. As for the noise: always use a low-torque/low rpm starter. You may have caused a pushrod to jump or bend, and now it won't open. You can remove the rocker covers with an allen wrench to check it out. (not difficult) Otherwise, try Horizon Hobby/Hobby services for a repair. A 180 is new enough that they probably still have parts for it, unlike my old 120 conversation piece. Hope I've been some help, Stan
