To keep giving load to your 91 size engine, I would put 700mm or 710mm. I'm using YS80 in Vigor CS with 700mm V-blades. The blades I'm using is about 190g. It is little heavier than others.
So far, it seems OK.
I'm building Fury kit and planning to put OS91 or YS80 with 700mm V-blades. I'll be looking for heavier V-blades. Just like what I did to my Vigor. The limit of tail blades in Fury is 100mm, if you are using 700mm. People say 700mm and 95mm is max.
This is just my opinion.

The blade size is determined by the gear ratio, selected head speed, and style of blade you opt to fly. On my Pro IIK with 7.75:1 gear ratio I can run the regular 690mm semis at 1850 on 20% nitro. On the Fury with 8.18:1 gears I run 710mm symmetricals at 1750 on 30% nitro. By the way Miniature is coming out with an extended tail boom (32 1/2" I believe) to run longer blades and up to 110mm tail blades.

I fogot to mention gear ratio. My Vigor has 8.4:1.
If I use YS80 for Fury, I'll go for 8.45:1.

GM1, What engine are you using on your Pro IIK?
7.75:1 is good? I'm just wondering if that is fine or
too low.

I have one Pro IIK with an OS 91 with the 7.75:1 gear and another with YS 80 with the 8.18 gear ratio. The 7.75 may be just a fuzz too tall but I'm running the small 60 size muffler and waiting for the big 90 size muffler before I make a final decision. I have the gears to try 7.9:1 and 8.4:1 also.
