I'm not talking about rump roast.

At Hobby People, they have a sale on XTM Meats mounted on chrome Pentos for $29.99!

The tires alone are normally $31.99, and the rims are $17.99! A full set of each normally costs $101.96, and they are on sale for $59.98!

These are the same rims that 2DMaxx!! has on his LST (only his are in gunmetal, not chrome) and he says they are very rugid. These tires are a little taller than the stock tires, so not only will you not lose top speed with them, but you should gain some! I don't know the weight of them, but I'd imagine they are the same or lighter. They are larger rims and the tires are lower profile, so that should translate in lower weight.

The stock rims are 3-1/4 inches in diameter, and the stock tires are 6-1/2 inches in diameter.
The Pentos are 4-1/2 inches in diameter, and the Meats are 7-1/4 inches in diameter.

Mine are on the way!

I don't know if they ship internationally or not, you'll have to contact them about it.

It costs $8 USD for shipping here in the States.

I'll take 4 meats on chrome pentos (Sounds like a deli sandwich!!)

I have access to lots of tires and wheels and I keep going back to the XTM LS series. I have really bashed them pretty good and they just keep going. I ordered those Meats and look forward to taking them out.

I hope alot of people pick up this deal. I paid almost $200 for my Big Joes and rims (including S&H and tax) about a year ago. It's hard to believe you can get these for $68 shipped!

I made the Big Joe "mistake" as well, guess I'll stick them on my granddaughters E-MAXX and it'll be all good.

I would really like to know what kind of foams they come with. I know that the foams in 2DMAXX!!'s BRT1's are very soft. I would prefer a much firmer foam but how can you bark at that price?? If the first one to get them could post a quick foam firmness post it sure would be appreciated. thanks...

I typically get my UPS ground shipments from CA in 3-4 days so I should be able to post some info on Mon./Tues.

I had bought them for my Tmaxx. I've been afraid to put them on the LST, since I don't think they'll handle the weight.

I don't see how they could be softer than the stock foams. Either way, they sell just the foams, so you could double up if you think it's too soft.

The Big Joes on the LST actually do really well on our track, ~750 feet, hard pack lots of turns and quite a few jumps with easy landings. No big air. Yet. They really helped in the turns with minimal tire roll compared to the stock tires.

The Big Joes did wonders for the handling charicteristics of my Tmaxx. They are a very wide and stable tire and the tread is soft enough to get great traction. But I've bent a rim while using them on my Tmaxx. If they'll bend under the weight of the Tmaxx, then they are definatly under some stress with the weight of the LST.
