i know someone who has one and it goes about 50mph but its really high geard and has no acceleration, they dont have a lot of parts at hobby store is what i heard and dont have a lot of aftermarket parts and is built a little cheap with thin parts that break pretty easy its nice because its so cheap but i think you get what you pay for

Most of what you said isnt true, there finally getting after market support, i have the truck and love it, yes acceleraton is a little slow off the start but you can change the gearing, the truck is very strong and the only thing that needs replaceing is the turn buckles, when you upgrade those get titanium one, and xtm now includes the better Hitec aggressor radio, very good truck and i recommend it to anyone.

I love mine, one of the best ST out there IMO, like the others here I haven't broken any parts either. But I did put on titanium turnbuckles. www.hobbypeople.net carries replacement/hop-up parts for this truck. XTM has come out with some aluminum parts for it that hobby people carries, they also have the truck on sale for $219.00. I also put a roto-start on mine, it was a direct fit snd I didn't even have to take the engine out to do it.

matters, whos driving the xxx-nt? If its a 5yr old then yes a x-c can, but if its some pro racer that won 1st place numerous of times then I doubt it.

(and for those who disagree know nothing)

Like Icrash says, it depends whos driving. Obviously you haven't had a nitro truck before so at this point I wouldn't worry about beating anything, you might even want to think about an electric. The X-C is a very capable truck. The regular price is $259.00.

Again not trying to start a flame war, but thats what you think, you should tell people bad stuff about a truck if you never had one.

i would personally buy the x-cellerator over the mt2. i have driven both and raced against my neighbors mt2. if ur lookin for speed the x-cell got it. for my neighbor to beat me in drag races he had to get a 2 speed for $60 and a .18 engine for $150. all this is on top of the $320 car. teh x-cell was only $230! the mt2 does have 4wd which is nice for offroad

the axle carrier broke and if you will be driving in mud and snow and hills you might have a little more fun with a 4WD truck

You need to make up your mind. If you are racing trucks liike a XXXNT at a track, you will need to get a XXXNT or an RC10GT. Neither the Xcellerator or MT2 can handle or jump like the XXXNT.

If you are bashing in
