Status: offline 		Dion is there any way i can get a tracking number for my regular Aeropro i ordered from you last week. The lady i talked to today said since i called you and gave you my credit card info on the phone and not pay pal i coulndt get a trackng number from ups. I requested the 2 day shipping could you please check so i can have an idea when the aeropro is coming to my workplace. Thanks Bruce Swartfager < Atoona Iowa

I placed my order a couple of days ago and like several other people who have responded on this thread I received no confirmation for the order other than my Pay Pal receipt. Did you get the order and if you did was it my understanding that it will be shipped out on the 27th or possibly before?

Mine was supposed to be here today... I even called OMP on Monday to have them ship it UPS 2nd Day Air on Tuesday to make sure it got here before Christmas... Well, let's just say that my order slipped through the cracks and they sent my copy of AFPD to someone else... I spoke with John tonight to get a tracking number and he discovered that my order was overlooked... Now they have none left until the next shipment...

Profuse apologies by the OMP staff, but I'm still pissed...

Sheesh... Wait a month, then wait some more...

Status: offline 		Xtra you didn't get confirmation because your order did not process yet. We only have shipped up to middle of the 8th.

Yours is going next round out (today if they get here on time, lots of snow and xmas eve). If you ordered online you will get a tracking number when it processes. If you called in your have to request the tracking number.

Torqued up, sorry about your slip through. Next time, if you ever do which I hope you will, don't order online. Contact me first, I'll make it up to you.
