You need to lengthen the control horns on your aeleron servo. Either buy longer ones for it, or find a way to make longer ones by added pieces from another control horn and using thread between the holes and some CA to make sure they are glued.

Hey, guys, I just ordered the Tensor 4d, pretty excited cause its coming on wednesday and I was just wondering if these components for the Tensor 4D would be alright:
    -Outrunner Park 370 Brushless 1080KV
    -Hitec HS-55 Flight pack
    -20 amp brushless ESC
    -10x4.7 APC
-Not sure what brand of battery pack but it is a Li-Po 640 mA 3cell
    -Celectra 1-3 cell charger

The best Prop for me is the APC 10x3.8.

I fly with my Tensor EVERY day !!!

    Best to you all,

    Thanks

This works really well. Cut a notch in top and bottom aileron and insert 1/32" strip of ply with small hole approx. 3/8" behind trailing edge. I have heard of some using a piece of a zip-tie instead of ply. Very smooth.

Thank you very much!!!!!!! One more question?

Can i build her first and then attach the servos later? The instructions have you do it in the middle of the build as you know...any reason i cant do it later? I am going to take hardware off a different plane and would like to do it after she's built. Thoughts??

    Thanks

    Bill

I put all my hardware on last thing, keeps me from accidentally glueing something that shouldn't be glued.

I have one after my Tensor Exploded in mid air.... On inspection of he right wing wreckage, the wing failed because the carbon rods joints had faailed. Make sure you put plenty of glue round the rods where they meet the foam as they tend to push through
