It's not you, it's me. Somehow I left the "f" off. It's fboyce@ikarus-usa.com

The following radios are compatible with the AeroFly Professional Deluxe USB interface. Unless otherwise noted all of the ollowing radios except some JR and Futaba radios work with the included adapters:

Futaba (F14, FC16, FC18, FC28)
Futaba * (4YF, 6EX, 7C/FF7, 9C/FF9, 14MZ require special square adapter)
JR ** (Some JR radios require a special adapter, including the Graupner/JR MX22)
Multiplex (Royal Evo-7/9/12, Profi MC 3000/4000, Cockpit MM, 2020, 3030, 4040)
Lexors Nova 4 and Nova 6

Maarten,
I know that your specialty is 3D, but I need help with the Pylon Contest in AFPD.
Question 1: I can't find information regarding the "red spots" that are on Pylon 1 and sometimes on Pylon 2 (but never on Pylon 3). At first I thought the red spot on Pylon 1 was a "turn" light, but now I'm not sure.
Question 2: There is a timer for three laps. I hit "enter" to reset before each flight and wait for the countdown. However, during most of the flights I can fly many laps without a cut and the lap count will never move from "3". Therefore, the timer just keeps going until I decide to crash. Yet, sometimes laps will be randomly counted, eventually counting to three, and the timer will stop.
Any comments are appreciated. I can't seem to find any detailed information in any of the AFPD files or documentation.

Maarten,
Perhaps over a year ago I downloaded one of your simulator video's and thought it was great (it was early, it was the first one that I saw), but I can't find it now. Your timing was phenomenal and the song choice was excellent too. The song features lyrics, something about,

I want to get away, I want to fly, away
Ya, ya, yaaa.

Please let me know if it’s still available and where it is.
Thanks!

Doc,

I love the Extra 330 that is the stock AFPD and AFP plane...are there any mods that get her flying better, she feels a little heavy for a 3m plane. It's the one with the flames..

thanks,

brian

Oh, have to had a chance to fly the Ultra r/c giles 202 for AFPD...Dion was finally able to get a download emailed to me...it was raw and needs some work

Maarten - I just got afpd and am running it on a laptop - I don't know what graphic card it has. Planes fly at about 15 fps as the max. I tried all websites listed in the manual to download drivers but all sites said page not found. So would I'd like is a link to a site where I can download drivers to try to improve the fps.
Also, my JR xp8103 only gives me 4 working channels but a friends 6 channel gives all 6. Whats up with the 8103?
Thanks
Darryl

So what do you do and to whom do you talk when no one responds to your enquiries? Maybe I should have listened to those who said Gen3 is a good simulator. No matter how good a sim is, what good is it if you can't get help?????

I will be getting the Deluxe soon. I have regular APF now and love it. I can't get my Favorite real plane to work. The Funtana 90.. I try to take it easy on my real planes except my electrics. thanks for giving us something to work for..

Hello Maarten,

I just downloaded the Airfoilz Edge 540 into AFPD, since I am planning on getting this plane next month. (my 1st electric plane)
If you happen to fly this model, would you please let me know if you made adjustments to the settings and if so, what kind??
I would really appreciate it.

Thanks so much Maarten.
