How do you convert the videos recorded in AFPD to play on windows media player?
I searched the groups and could not find the answer.
Thanks in advance.

You can't just convert them to a mediaplayefile. You need to capture your movies with a program or with your videocamera.

Doc,
Thanks for the reply. Here are a few more questions if you do not mind.
What program have you or whoever is doing your videos using?
Are you able to capture it on the same computer or do you need to output it
thru a TV/Video out into a capture card?

I have a friend that just got AFPD and is really intrested in saving the videos to share
with others that do not own the software. I think that this is a great marketing tool that
by using word of mouth could garnish them a number of sales.
I wonder how hard it would be for the manufacture to actually make it so that it could be
recorded in mpeg format instead of the propritery .rec format. This would put them ahead
of GP yet agian if this was done.

Agian thanks in advance for the answers.

Hello Maarteen,

How do I setup the AFP Deluxe with my existing Futaba 6HX? It seem likes when I move the throttle or the rudder stick, it response to BOTH the throttle + rudder movement at the same time. It just doesn't wanted to be indepedent - you know - the throttle or the rudder by itself! I've tried with the Hitec Laser 6 - it worked perfectly without hickup. And can I use those "special' function on the Tx, i.e.: the "hold throttle", or "idle up". Thanks again Maarteen.

Just seen your second new video about circle torque rolling. I was watching the movement of your fingers and noticed you fly the elevator reversed. You do fly like that right....or am I just delirious? Not sure if this has been asked before.

I see! Elevator/Rudder on left stick and Throttle/Aileron on right stick. I used to think mode 1 has the Elevator/Aileron on left stick and Throttle and Rudder on right stick. Thanks for clearing that out.

Downloaded the Extreme Flight Yak 54. Have you any special settings for this bird? It seems nose heavy.

HI - I have the Aerofly Deluxe Pro with the old style round Futaba tmt adapter. Can you (or someone) provide the wiring diagram for the newer square Futaba tmt plug so I can use the Pro with my 9CAP ? I have a 'square' trainer cable and would like to splice in the Aerofly jack. Thank You, PAF pf23@hotmail.com

Has anyone had any luck getting planes to have realistic coupling in knife edge? And what about some roll inertia? I have been experiementing without much luck, though some of the planes (T-6, P-51 etc) do have some slight coupling in KE I am guessing this is dihedral related.

Thanks

Both the Yak and the Votec have a bit of coupling in KE.

Michael, if you find the Ef yak to be nose heavy, just get the Cg to the back with an inch.
