Any of you guys own or know someone who owns this engine? I should be receiving mine any day now and would appreciate any input.

As with any Jett engine, you will soon have an almost second to none work of craftsmanship. Follow the instructions implicitly as to break-in, settings, props, etc., and you will have an engine that will perform like clockwork and last for MANY years.

I have not owned this particular engine but I have 3 Jett .40s and a Jett .76. All are masterpieces and way more power than the average sport engines of similar displacement. A friend of mine does have a Jett .90 but I am not sure whether it is the "Light" or not. Tons of power. He is using it on a Direct Connection F-18. If you have never owned a Jett engine before, do not be surprised at how tight it is when you get it. They are all fit intentionally tight.

I'll just add my concurrence to the above posts. The Jetts are expensive but there is no other engine (save Nelson) that can touch these in power. They are absolute monsters. The craftsmanship is impeccable. You won't be disappointed.

FlyinRazorback,

I have the Jett .90L in my F-20 Tigershark. It is still being broken in. Currently running an 11x8 APC and am going to try a 12x6 tomorrow. You WILL NOT be disappointed with this motor! After you start it for the first time, you just kind of stand back with a smirk on your face and think....OH MY GAWD! Awesome, simply awesome!

Gary

Getting ready to order the Jett .50!!
