Texans?
I look at Jim Thomerson profile, and see the forums he's posted to: AMA, Clubhouse, 1/2A, Beginners
I look at Hoss's past 200 posts, and I see some forums: AMA, Clubhouse, Warbirds, Beginers
With RCmiket the forums are AMA, Clubhouse, Beginers, Warbirds, Twins,
And of course KidEpoxy (me) posts to the forums: AMA, 1/2A, Twins, Engine Conversion, Beginers, Scratchbuild, and more

The Texan way to post- have interests in RC plane stuff and talk about them with others.

If we list the STL posting style we get posting 200 times to the AMA forum only, plus his locked (and mis-presented) Santa Poll in Clubhouse to suport his AMA Monopoly thread theory that poll voters are not to be trusted.
Doesnt he have RC interests to talk about other than the AMA?

Take a cue from Texans, have an enjoyable RCU life beyond AMA Forum debate.

Oh hush just fooling around with you guys. I have nothing against Texans, I mean come on the great GW is from Texas. As far as my other postings, this is not the only forum I travel on. I'm on lots of different forums around the web which are RC related and not RC related. There is life outside RC ya know. As far as RCU goes, this forum is now really the only interesting one. I'm writing a book on people that depend way too much on the AMA to get through their day and this forum provides tons of insight.

GW was born in New Haven, Connecticut. Just another d_mn yankee that got here as fast as he could -- 2 years old.

Well, he had to end up somewhere.

Maybe Texas is the only place he met
the minimum standards.

I have not looked at the thread for a while, it got way off track, I look today and we are on GWB and Texas??? LOL You guys are great!

The thread did come from Texas

I will say the R/C community is growing in Texas. I donno if AMA is growing, however if it is, it is due to efforts of the local r/c community, not the AMA doing.

Gas prices are down to 2.49 this weekend. Anyone wanna drive down to fill up and go flying?

I read the other day, that the population of New York City, and the entire Northeast was decreasing. I don't see anyone ranting about that. Whazzamatta STL ? Why don't you start an organization to replenish the population up there? I can make you a heck of a deal on lots of Yankees. They have mostly all moved down here.

Might be cause the cost of living up here is increasing, may have something to do with it. A "room with a view" typically costs more money and the NE has it's fair share of views.

Ya gotta work extra hard to live in the NE, otherwise I guess you have can call TX home.

Dion, you still can't read. I'm in Sunny Florida. We have an over abundance of Yankee's here. How about you coming down for a visit, and taking some of them back with you when you leave? (PLEASE)

I think I'll wait until hurricane season is over before I come down. I lived in sunny Florida for good part of my life. It was fun in my 20's, wouldn't trade it for the world. The "sunny thing" gets old after a while tho. Most native Floridians I know are whiter then most Canadians I know. Also Florida is catered to 2 types of people, the young and the old. I lived there when I was young, I'll be back when I'm old. But in the middle, nothing beats the great NE.

Many northeasterners are buying ocean front property in Arizona to retire. Most are quite happy there.
