Its hard to argue the R200's success last year, then again, a predator won the championship race.

He can only sell them for $200 (built) to be legal in our class.

I think he only builds in the winter, but he will pipe up here soon enough.

Yep, I'll be there. Still trying to decide what planes to bring...

I don't want to wreck a good one so close to the Nats...

The R-200 and Daves Leeker both have the same airfoil as the Vortex. All should be the same speed? But the R-200 has a all fiberglass and carbon fiber fuse which has a smaller total area, just a little faster but not as good on knife edge. R-200 also has a laminiar flow tail, razor sharp trailing edges and the soon to be famous Hoerner-Etken wing tips. I think some people believe the R-200 harder to fly, but it is just the faster speed in my humble opinion.
The bench racing is going to stop on April 23 and if it is a repeat of last year the R-200 will prevail

Lots of Luck to all

Randy

I don't know Randy, I though it was ok on KE.... I guess I really don't have enough laps under my thumbs to tell the difference yet... I didn't think it landed or took off any different than any other quickie I've flown.

DN's newest nightmare has flown and it smokes, RB kinda smoke (that's probably a little exaggerated but adds to the effect)

The Purple People Eater Power Cat Toting Seeker.

My bro's new Seeker flew very, very nice. Turns hard, 3 clicks of down, 3 clicks of left. I must have got the tail in fairly straight.

Should have a couple test flight videos later this week.

First flight was interesting. I couldn't find the trim on my brother's new JR 6102. Shut it down, found the trim on the down wind leg of the landing approach, dialed out some elevator, and the second flight it was on rails.

He flew it once and was in love. It's going to be a fun year. You MN boys might as well take up IMAC...

Can't wait to race with you Seafoam, but I was thinking that if you put a pusher prop on that K State Leeker we have 10,000 lakes you could race at.

A.j. are you coming up for our first race the 23rd?

Love the new Shirt Randy, can't wait till Saturday.
