realistically, the .12 CV-R has about as much power as any "normal" driver can use.
Trust me, as new as you are, you don't wanna get a crazy engine.
and if your Mach 15 is a rear exhaust, you will need at least a new header, possibly header AND pipe.

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXUJ72&P=7 There it is the only thing is if the carb comes like that you will have to put it on the right way but that engine will work with the stock exhaust if your engine is a side exhaust to if not you will need a header.

Ya i keep telling him to clean the truck but he refuses as to the engine that is an old novarossi and you should probably stay away from them as in bashing they are way to expensive for that. The tr is an on-road engine, but some people still put them in stadium trucks though you eould need the linkage kit and a new exhaust header and the model you showed is and sg shaft which won't work in the xxx-nt. I think you should just stick to the cv-r it would be easy to put in and it is meant for off road.

Look at the dynamite and if it looks like my nieghbors exhaust it is side if it looks different it is prabably rear exhaust and the sirio will not be a good bashing engine it is an all out race engine it eill be slightly harder to tune it will wear out faster and will cost more for piston sleeves and parts.

Dude, seriously, this should be a dead issue.
Is this truck your first nitro? If so, you're better off waiting till you blow up your little Mach .15 before you upgrade...and when you upgrade...Why would you go crazy with an engine if you're not racing competitively every weekend?
