Yes I own a MP5,but I am not talking about my car.
I am talking about Zoom's Hobby.
Zoom's will be helping use on some of our reviews coming up.
All around Zoom's has been a great source of Help yes just help.
And there was no purchase made at all. They love the hobby and it show's. The people at Zooms have been, I would say the best in customer service.
They are now branching out in planes.
Check them out. Give them a call. The reason for this threed is because they have helped me. Other's at fun fly's so on so forth.
Great place for all your RC needs.
Thanks Scott for all your help in the Past flying season.
No one comes close to there customer service. In my book.

They should spend the energy on getting their website done and updated. It is no coincidence that the online heli shops with the most pictures also do the most business.

Website all ways need to be improved. All sites.
But your point is valid.

ZG77_OzZ,
Thank you for your support and the kind words.. I should also thank Mazda as their timing is impecable.. We (at the shop) are always running around singing the Zoom, Zoom, Zoom song.. It just cracks me up!

Vance,
Thank you for the feedback!
We have a full time employee doing nothing but taking pictures of parts and updating the website. We have OVER 4000 items in stock and we are about 50% there as far as the pictures go. At the same time we are adding inventory and updating the products on-line as well.
We designed our own site in house and we also host the server on the premises. The design and maintenance is done by one of our programmers (not the one doing the pictures). We have and will continue to make a serious investment in having one of the best and most consumer friendly hobby sites on the net. We are also planning on adding live video interaction to go with the live on-line support. You will be able to get visual help on line in the near future, and if you have a video camera attached to your computer, we will be able to see you and your model for better assistance..

Incidentally, ALL Zoom's employee's are reps for one Helicopter manufacturer or another. I do not think that there is another hobby shop in the world that can say that. We are also the only Hobby shop that manufacturers our own canopies and has a fully enclosed paint booth on the premises for canopy and car body painting.

Thanks for all of the support guys. Your suggestions are and will always be taken into consideration as a tool to improve, and your compliments make it all worth while! I love this hobby and we want to see it grow!

Best Regards,
Scott Leif

Is the 818 phone number a toll free number? If not that is bad
Ju-Ju. If it is toll free you should say so on the website.
Keep those pictures coming as we are a visually stimulated group as evidenced by our propensity to cover our heli's with purple anodizing.
Another note about online ordering- you should include in the order process somwhere to put personal instruction from the consumer, I.E.- do not ship order until all parts are in stock. Heliproz doesn't have this feature and said that the software for it is too expensive. Rick's has it .
Basically make the whole process as idiot proof as you can as we as consumers will screw it up one way or the other. What you have so far looks good. Now all you need to do is open a shop here on the east coast and you'll be all set.
