13. Even if they are starving, natives living in the Arctic will never eat a penguin's egg.

Because they ARE penguins?

There are no penguins in the Arctic

You hit the nail on the head. 2.5 cents. I thought that nobody would get it that fast since took me a while to get it when I was told (I spent 1/2 a day thinking about it before I got it)

I'd be a pretty bad math tutor if I got that one wrong!

www.youronlinemathtutor.com

Not questioning your skills as a math tutor, but;

1. there are six men, each man has six baskets: 6x6 =36 Baskets

2. and in every basket there are six cats in it;36 baskets x 6 cats = 216 cats

3. and every cat had six kittens:216 cats x 6 = 1,296 kittens

how many legs are there?

6 men x 2 = 12 legs
(1296+ 216 ) x 4 = 1512 x 4 = 6048 legs on the cats

6048 + 12 = 6060 total legs (unless, of course, the baskets have legs…or the cats or men are missing some)
