I thought Id post this here. The original "big block" SJ-120 engine has been discontinued for production.

Parts for the engine, service and tech support are all still available.

The performance of the current BSE-120 is identical to, and in some cases exceeds, that of the SJ-120. Plus it is smaller and lighter.

Status: online 		Bob, Just curious. Did Dubb ever modify the case to incorporate the aluminum shim that he did to the front plate on the motor. I have one of the early ones unrun and remember sending it back to have this fix done to it.

no, the big cases with the bolt-on front end were never changed. The adapter piece worked pretty well, and Dub kept it that way for production.
