Mike, I have a Focus AM, and I think the problem may have started after a crash, but the plane will intermittently lose control, the come back. I am wondering if the x-tail might be hurt. As you know, this is a real inexpensive radio, and I don't really want to spend more on shipping and repair than it is worth. I was wondering if I should just buy a new x-tail and try it. I have only had this about 3 years, and broke it after about a year, and since then bought a Flash 4, and SEVERAL receivers (the best thing I ever did!) So, with several planes flying with one radio, this thing is not really needed, but I thought it might be good for a park flyer/sailplane....Thanks.

There is a good chance it is the crystal but you won't know until you change it out. If that is not is then send it in and we will take care of it for you.
