wellllll lets compare.....
1 gal nitro = $25 1 gal gas + 2stroke oil = $2.50
15 minuts run time per tank{nitro}
45 minutes run time per tank {gasoline}
1/8 scale {nitro}
1/6 scale {petrol=bigger n better}
nitro = tuning motor allll the time
gas= tune it once {when u first get it} and then dont worry about it after that

dont get me wrong,i use to be a nitro head,but once u go "GAS" ul never look back.
i sold all my nitro's and got rid of all my headaches. i have a FG monster beetle and it's always starts within 3-4 pulls , i play for aprx 45 minutes b4 refueling, and dont have to tune it at all.
p.s......only reason ur hatin petrol is kuz u cant afford one
first pic below is a 1/6 buggy next to a 1/8 savage,the other pic is my monster beetle

1/5 scales are cool but it takes way more room to run them unless you're just putting around. By scale & actual measurements 1/8th & 1/10th nitros jump way higher & further than 1/5th scale gas machines. Parts are also more readily available for smaller scales not to mention the upgrade market is insane compared to 1/5th beasts. Drive what you like, it's all about fun but there's no reason to start an apples vs oranges thread.

About the vid... Not the best I've ever seen but it was entertaining! I've seen people that couldn't drive that well after having their nitros for a month so don't worry about the haters! All in all, good vid!

If you get a chance, could you send me a PM with a link to the UK thread?

All of the links are broken for me. The maxbashing one loads but later it says in media player that the link is broken. The rest don't work.

I don't know what some of these people were talking about. I loved the vid. Seems very good to me for your first day.
Very entertaining. Please make more!!!!
I just got a Revo. I'm waiting for the snow to melt outside so I can start breaking in the engine. I wish I had a track like that near me. You have to go out to the country to find stuff like that.

Also, regarding the United States, I think people seem to forget how big our country is. It’s not a little island. We have way more people than you do. That means that there will be more of both the good and the bad people. I just wish we could load all the bad ones onto a rocket and shoot them off into space. Preferably towards the sun! ha ha.

thnx sinc i bought that thing i sold all my nitro stuff. its awesome!!!! i get alooooot more use out of it as it starts easily and runs all the time. plus i get 45 minutes of run time per tank . thier about twice the cost of nitro's "savages-tmaxx's,etc..." but worth it. actually when u buy a nitro and get all the hop-ups u want u end up spendn that much if not more. i paid $879 for it shippd to my door. im not sure how fast it is,but id say 40-45 maybe...it flies latr lefty

Wow, looks like i opened a can of worms with this thread, thanks to everyone for feedback, good or bad, i take on board the points that have been made and hopefully our next vid, which i will be posting shortly, will redeem our driving skills a little as we all seem to have improved somewhat. Anyway no offense meant papermoon about the reference to the USA feedback. It was just an observation and to be fair i was a little frustrated at some of the comments that were made!

Still better some feedback than none.

Thanks again and watch out for the new vid very very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
