We had 8 or 9 Monster trucks and 17 or 18 buggies. Crowd not that big but we still had fun. Mark had the coolest trophies made up. They were lawn mower piston rods mounted on plalques with ingravings that read Rodslinger. Also cash payouts for 1st through 5th place. I was not lucky at all I trashed my motor early in the day but we had much muddy red neck monster truck racing.

next race at Rodslinger Saturday November 26, 2005.

Mark mention something about trying to get an on road track going in Griffin. I was wondering how much interest this might draw and if it would be worth the trouble.

Darn, i'm going to my sisters for thanksgiving that weekend.

I have a HPI pro3 and an AE NTC3 for on road. I like to run them, but not as much as my off roaders, so if you build it i'll give it a shot

Wonder if any one would run F1 as that is my favorite full size motor sport. I have an old nitro F1 and one electric F1.

Has anyone here been to sugarbowl and know if they are still open? I think someone said that they are going out of business.

Sugarbowl still running offroad on Saturday. The ARROCC run on road at Surgerbowl on Sundays. I was there about 3 or 4 weeks ago and raced. I spoke with them they said the same old they be saying for about three years (we will race until the bulldozers come) what ever that means.
