I am a computer programmer and have never pulled a engine of any kind apart before, so I am thinking I might offer him a slab of VB and get him to do it for me. It’s amazing what you can get for a carton of beer.

If you have a carton of beer on offer, C'mon down to Canberra, and I'll fix it for you AND explain all the ins and outs of the Mach .26 and the LST (and how to save HUNDREDS on spare parts..)

But you'll have to do better than VB..maybe a Slab of Boag's?

I was sort of shopping around looking at the different MT's and stopped at a LHS and they had one in for repairs. There was a savage and tmaxx on the bench also. I got to looking at the design and layout and noticed that the LST seemed much more open and easy to get at all the parts.

Plus this thing is stinkin' huge!!

I don't care what anyone says the LST is the kewlest, biggest, baddest thing running. The only other truck that even comes near consideration is the XTM Mammoth cause it will do 50mph out of the box! But sadly the mammy radio is not near the caliber of the JR that comes with the LST.

I am having a debate about getting one for my kid... LST or Mammoth? Probably going to have to add a second LST to the family as I am sure that he will be disappointed if he doesn't get a truck like dads'.

I bought my LST for 3 reasons:

1) It looked like it would be the best truck money could buy, and I always have to have the best!!

2) I was sick to death of my T-maxx falling apart at the first opportunity.

3) My girlfriend was dead against me buying the LST, had to show her that I am not under the thumb (I wish!) !!!

S h i t dude, you're right!!

No really though, she is quite good and supportive of my RC addiction. She occasionally comes out for a go with the LST, she is crap at driving it though but it keeps her happy.

Peace to you.

I have a savage 25, monster gt, and losi lst. The monster gt needs a bigger engine and the savage just cant hang. Losi lst is in a class of its own

The LST is my first truck in the RC hobby. I had my choice of savage, revo and LST. I chose LST because of the simplicity of repair and the radio was a very nice entry lvl radio. It is very nice not having to purchase crystals to change the frequency. Replacement parts are very accessable.
