Hey Keven, let's hear more about that 'glow wire'. Where do you get it and what's it powered with? I have the night module for my 'V' and it's a bit tricky to fly in darkness. Orentation is always in question. That glow wire would help I think.

I only flew at 1/4 throttle after takeoff and was in the air for a long time. Keep the plane close and I did a lot of low and slow fly by's. VERY COOL

Great looking GlowSTick! Is that electric or what? I've used cylum(sp?) glow necklaces and done just about that same thing. I didn't get very good results with it. It gets tricky when it gets a little ways from you. [X(]

Thanks, I tried that to and found Glowire on a google search. And it was well worth it but I am going to add some glowire to the tops of the wings as well to help me see better at night.

Rick, very sorry for the long overdue reply but have not been flying much the last 8 months. But now that I have 6 Lipo's ( no more NimH ) I am ready to go. In fact going to fly at night tonight. WWW.GLOWIRE.COM is where I got my 3 color sysytem for about $50.00 and I power it with a 9Volt NimH from radio shack. Get usually at least 3 flights per battery until recharge. A friend of mine has the V and after seeing the glowire has not even bothered using it. Both of us are brushless and TP 3cell1320's for power. Which even still really over compensates for the added weight of the lighting system. FYI... the darker out the easier it is to fly and after a bit you can really get it up there. Well worth the money to be able to fly at night ( don't forget the bug spray ) Getting ready to outfit my combat wing later this summer after I get a lot better with it. Hope to check the forums more often now. Go for it
