I have a couple of Jetts; Sport 40 and a 91L. Have the lite mufflers become available for either of these? I am most interested in one for the 91.

The 40-60L size muffler is available. Has been for a while.

A lite-muffler for the larger 90L-120L size engine was considered for a while. Althouhh the .76L muffler would probably work, let me check to see where things stand on that.

I recall discussing the bigger muffler with Dub for a while. All of these engines run awesome with either the turbo-jett or jett-stream muffler. The 90L in particular is fairly high-timed with some large porting, and takes full advantage of the exhaust systems. And the turbo is pretty quiet too. Concerns were that if we built the bigger lite-jett that it would end up being a bit too loud.

Of note, the SJ-90L bolt pattern is the same as for the ST-61-90 size engines. 47mm. If needed, any aftermarket or ST type muffler can be installed if space/weight is limited.
