Posting Images
For those of you who are looking to post pictures:
First - Don't use the "Fast Reply" box at the bottom of each page. Instead, click on the "Post Reply" button at the bottom of the last post (See picture 1)
Then, type your message and click "Click here to Upload" at the bottom of the box (Pic 2)
A dialog box will appear (pic 3) where you can browse your computer for the images you wish to upload
NOTE: When posting images, please keep their sizes down. It can be very frustrating to people with slow connections (Or if your server is slow) to have to wait for a HUGE image to load. I like to keep images to a max size of 900 pixels wide by 675 pixels high

RE: Posting Images
Actually, there is a test posting forum where you can try uploading images.
Please use that for your testing, and ask any questions about problems in this forum.
I will be locking this thread now, as it is here for information only.

RE: Posting Images
Remember when you post pictures that the page will take longer to display. This especially frustrating to those who are on dialup connections. It is better to upload the images and have only a thumbnail displayed in the post. Then other members have the option of viewing the full-size image at their leisure. Also, if you post a link to an image using a link that points to another site, that site could be shut down in the future. This would eliminate the image and make your post incomplete. Uploading your images means that they will forever be housed on RCUniverse. So, uploading an image is the preferred method since it improves the integrity of your post and display speed.
