The primary selling factor on your new house is "Will there be somewhere for me to drive my RC car?"

This is a picture of our lot we purchased yesterday in West Jordan, Utah (anyone from around here wanna bash?)





You know your obsessed with your hobby when...
You pay $5000 extra to have the Lot who's back yard propertly line borders a 2 acre community park!! (Agge tells teh_wife: 'Look babe, a 2 acre community park! Right behind this lot! Perfect place for the daughter to play, newphews & neices to play when they come over, and friends / family to hang out for bar-b-q's!!!!"(*mumble mumble and a so much open room to ride the RC cars! mumble mumble*)

This is the view from our back yard / back door area - It is about where our back door will be (8 feet in the air and off onto a deck that is) - I really think we lucked out on the view - the dirt from where I am standing out to the street you see will be either my back yard - or the park. I am very excited - and a bit overwhelmed.. The biggest financial commitment I have ever had would be a 2 year cell phone agreement / plan.... *GASP* - THIRTY YEAR MORTGAGE

Status: offline 		yeah - these houses are rather close together (seems like houses are getting bigger and lots are getting smaller these days out here) - That was another factor I threw at the wife to get her agree to the lot behind the park --- pay a little extra now for the lot we have - but in the long run I think it will definatly be worth it.

I'm going to go see how long it takes before I get kicked out of there for driving my LST around this afternoon - maybe more pics if I can get someone to come with me.
