Status: offline 		At our field here in Denver there is a severe glitching problem on some receivers. All brands are effected some more then others. I hear mention of the Hitec 8 ch Supreme being a better receiver. Would this possibly cut down on the hits, are all 8 channels usable since I need all 8. Some of the receivers are listed as Dual Conversion and some are Ultra Dual Conversion. Does this mean anything to the buyer. I have a new FM 9c Futaba. Thanks for your time.

Status: offline 		The Supreme receivers are known to be as good as it gets and they are compatible with the 9C as long as you use the negative shift version.

I don't know what Ultra dual conversion is, I have never heard that before. There is Ultra "narrow band".

Status: offline 		My mistake....Tower discribes the 8ch as Ultra narrow band ,Dual conversion....What do they mean by Narrow band and Ultra Narrow band. The Tower Stock # for the receiver is LXN527. This is a slim receiver. Is this what I should get for 8ch use? I have a Ultra Stick 120 and use Crow.

Status: offline 		You could use either the Super Slim or the standard Supreme as long as they are the Hitec or Futaba versions.

Ultra narrow band is 10khz spacing where narrow band is 20khz.
