Oops! I erred!

I recently e-mailed Tim Marks the V.P. of FMA's engineering/commercial products division about the delta V cutoffs for NiMH and NiCD.

His response was:
NiCD: .09V/cell
NiMH: .07V/cell

As you can see they are only .02V/cell different not .03V/cell as I previously mentioned.
Some time ago I had asked Tim about 'premature' peaks with NiMH.
His response was to use the NiCD programming mode-not necessarily the Auto mode-until the packs perform properly with the NiMH settings.

I also recently started using the Auto mode for my 7 cell NiMH parkflyer packs. The packs seem to get a little warmer, (higher charge rate), than the programmed NiMH settings I chose. Performance is still great.

Helacopter, give Tim Marks a shout regarding the manual.
His e-mail address is: tim@fmadirect.com
