i bought the losi XXX NT2 about a month ago and i have had nothing put problems with it! everytime i try to bash it, (by bashing i mean like .5-1 ft jumps) i end up replacing 20 bucks worth of parts. engine wise, its awesome, but stock parts... not quite what i was expecting. am i going to hard on it or does everyone have these problems?

Now, myself being a GT guy i would normally say "BECAUSE THE LOSI IS WEAK ROFLROFLORFLORLLOLO" but something isnt right here. It should be able to be taking those jumps without a problem. What parts have you been replacing?

It's not a defect. Mine is the same way. I drive with my buddies (who all have monster trucks) all day and I end up breaking things left and right and they have no problems at all. I think the XXX is mainly for the track. I've started changing most of the breakable items to aluminum. Some people say the aluminum causes other things to break instead, but I haven't had that problem.

Well, I was at the track today for the first time with my AD 2 and lawn darted it over a 20ft tabletop that sent it bouncing back up four feet in the air, another over the same jump cartwheeled it for another 20 feet after the landing, jumped it into a pole (oops), went over the boards at the end of the straight (bigger oops). A solid hour and a half of constant running until the receiver pack died and nothing broke. I am really impressed with the improved parts on the new truck versus the old one. Arms broken? Maybe. A chasis? No way. I have never seen another vehicle with a tougher chassis than this truck. You've got to be pounding on it way harder than it was intendened.

Even on the old version, I bent a titanium hinge pin without breaking a rear arm or pivot block. I can't imagine what you're doing to it, but you're expecting way too much out of a racetruck. Going wide open until you lose control isn't what it's meant for.

This truck is definitely built for racing. No doubt about it. It is more than durable enough to survive the most intense tracks anyone can build and do it all day long. But if you're out with your bubbies going, "Hey! Watch this!" It's going to break.

Yeah, ive beat the crap out of my AD2 and havnt broken anything. I dont understand how you break or bend the chassis. If your plowing into crap, that I can understand, but ive flown 9-10 feet in the air and landed hard and havnt broken anything.
