ok im getting really annoyed!
i cant get the piston sleeve out of this dam engine! or even the piston or any thing!

any one got any tips on how i can get it out, its totally wrecked any way lol, i just can get it out of the dam crank case! plz any help would be appreciated.

Set the crankcase in owen at 250 degree celsius , then remove sleeve..

Not just using an oven ... turn crank to get the piston to BDC, stick a zip tie through exhaust port, turn crank to TDC, the sleeve will pop out. We always do this with RC car engines and they are pretty tight compared with plane ones.

the zip tie method works great even without an oven. it doesn't take much to lift it out.
