Mark,

The servos with Mar 02 have V1.03 software which is what you want. The latest servos have a different chip with V1.04 and although the software is the same, the servos behave differently when programmed. They experience about a 3% offset that has to be compensated for (if programming them.) However, you can use them without programming with no worries. We are working on a fix for this issue but this is different than what you are referring to.

As an afterthought.... do you by chance know when "referring to specific date" Hitec switched to the V1.04 software ?
